How to Make a Complaint

  1. Contact us directly 
    • Speak directly to the Lisa who managed your booking or placement.
  2. Confidentiality
    • All complaints are treated with the utmost confidence.
    • We will log your complaint and keep a written record.
  3. Investigation and Response
    • We aim to resolve all issues within 10 days of your complaint being raised.
    • You will receive a written response by email.
