At large public events, it’s vital to have a clear plan for reuniting lost children or adults at risk with their families or carers. That’s where a Lost Child Tent comes in.
What is a Lost Child Tent?
A Lost Child Point is a designated, staffed area where lost children or adults at risk can be safely cared for until they are reunited with their parent, guardian, or carer. If you find a lost child or vulnerable adult, or if you become separated from your child, please go directly to the Lost Child Tent.
What to Do if You Find or Lose a Child:
- If you find a lost child or adult at risk, take them to the nearest Lost Child Tent or alert a member of event staff.
- If you have lost your child, go to the Lost Child Tent immediately. Staff will assist you and coordinate the search.
